From the shop on Del Logan Drive we cover Essex County north of Georgetown, all of coastal New Hampshire, and York County over the Maine line. Beverly is our southern limit. Dryer vent cleaning means we pull the dryer, open the cabinet, and clear the full line out to the hood on the outside wall. A brush run up the pipe from outside never touches the lint packed around the heating element, and that is where the heat is. Most homes take under an hour.
Air duct and HVAC cleaning covers every supply and return in the house, trunk lines included. We run negative air so the debris leaves the house instead of landing on your floors. Two to four hours for most systems. Starting rates for both are on the pricing page.
