Rather talk it through? (978) 961-4513

Brian or Keenan, not an answering service. Text the same number if that is easier.

When we answer

Mon to Fri 7:00am to 7:00pmSat and Sun 8:00am to 5:00pm

What happens after you get in touch?

Three steps, and you know the price before the second one is finished.

1

We get back to you

Same day, usually within a couple of hours. If you called outside our hours, you are first in line the next morning.

2

A short phone consult

A few questions about the house and the system, then a written price. Sometimes the call ends with a fix you can do yourself and no appointment at all.

3

We clean, you check the photos

We work the day we said, at the price we quoted, and you get before and after photos of the same spot when we are done.

What should you have ready before you call?

None of this is required. It just gets you a firmer number in one call instead of two.

Roughly how many vents you have

For air duct cleaning, a count of the supply and return registers is the single biggest driver of the price. A rough number is fine.

Where the dryer sits and where it exits

Basement, first floor or second floor, and whether the line runs out a side wall or up through the roof. Roof terminations take longer.

What made you call

Two cycles to dry a load, dust coming out of the registers, a musty smell when the AC kicks on, a recent renovation, or a house you just bought.

Anything another company told you

If someone already quoted you or told you something needs replacing, say so. Brian will tell you straight whether he agrees.

Do you come to my town?

We run out of Salisbury, MA, which covers most of the North Shore and the whole New Hampshire Seacoast, plus regular trips into York County, Maine.

Not on the list? See the full service area or call and we will tell you straight if you are outside our range.

We are based in Salisbury and we come to you. There is no shop to visit, so book a time rather than stopping by.

Questions before you reach out

Service questions are covered in more depth on the FAQ page.

Yes, and there is no trip charge to get one. If we find something on site that the phone call missed, we stop and talk to you before doing anything about it.

Because a few questions about your house get us close enough, and it saves you an appointment you did not need. The in-person estimate is where a lot of companies start working on you. We would rather give you a number and let you think about it.

Yes, the work is scheduled rather than walk-in, and we come to you. The Salisbury address is where the business is registered, not a storefront, so there is nothing to visit.

Call anyway. A blocked dryer vent is often a short job, and sometimes it is a five minute conversation that saves you the visit entirely. We would rather tell you that than book you.

Brian or Keenan Kealey, the two people who do the work. More on both of them on the about page.

Not sure which service you need?

Dryer vent cleaning is the quick one, usually under an hour, and it is what people book when a load takes two cycles to dry. Air duct cleaning is the bigger job, worth doing after a renovation, after buying a house, or when dust keeps coming back. Plenty of people book both on one visit and save a second afternoon at home.
