Kealey's Duct and Dryer Cleaning is a family owned company in Salisbury, Massachusetts, founded in 1994 by mechanical engineer Brian Kealey and run today with his son Keenan. We do two things: air duct and HVAC cleaning through the whole system, and dryer vent cleaning from inside the dryer out to the exterior hood. We work across Essex County MA, Rockingham County NH, and parts of York County ME, on homes rather than large commercial buildings.
What does air duct cleaning actually involve?
The bigger of the two jobs, and the one worth doing after a renovation, after buying a house, or when the dust keeps coming back no matter how often you clean.
Your heating and cooling system moves the same air through the house all year, so whatever is sitting in the ducts travels with it. We clean the full system, supply and return, trunk lines included, and we run negative air so the debris leaves the building instead of landing on your floors.

Lint packed in a dryer line is the leading cause of dryer fires, and it sits inches from the heating element. This is the quick job, and the one most people put off longest.
A load that used to dry in 40 minutes now takes 90. That is lint, packed somewhere between the back of the drum and the cap on the outside wall. We pull the dryer out, open it up, clear the cabinet, then run the whole line to the exterior and check that the flap actually opens.

It depends on the size of the house, how many supply and return vents you have, and how easy the system is to reach. We do not publish a flat rate because the honest number changes house to house. A short phone call gets you a written price, and that price does not move once we are on site.

Most of our work is residential. We have handled smaller commercial and multi-unit jobs, so call and describe the building and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit or whether you want a larger outfit.
