17) Miscellaneous

These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement for Site use. If a provision is invalid, the rest remains in effect. No waiver occurs by not enforcing a term. You may not assign your rights; we may assign in connection with a merger, sale, or reorganization.
